Additional Policies
About Webinars: One site registration provides you with access to the webinar on 1 computer/phone. It does not permit you to have multiple access or to transmit to another site. If you plan to have a large group attend the webinar, all attendees should join in a conference room to view the webinar. If you have several sites, you must register each site individually.
Accessing Outside of the U.S.: You may access the webinar audio via your computer. If using the optional phone service, long distance charges may apply.
Copyright: Recording of a webinar or distribution outside of your site is prohibited. Reproduction of handout material or pictures without written permission of the copyright holder is in violation of the U.S. law.
Licensing: ASCE follows NCEES guidelines on continuing professional competency. Since continuing education requirements for P.E. license renewal vary from state to state, we strongly recommend that individuals regularly check the
state registration board(s)
for their specific continuing education requirements that affect P.E. licensure and the ability to renew licensure.
Cancellation & Policy Information: ASCE will not honor any cancellation or refund request made later than two business days prior to the air date of a Webinar; no-shows will not be refunded or transferred. Webinars purchased at the Individual rate are for one engineer. If you need multiple engineers and/or sites to access, you must register at the Group/Site rate. The site license does not permit multiple logins or phone connections from your site for transmission to any other site. If you have several sites, you must register and pay separately for each site.
Payment Information: Mail checks to ASCE Continuing Education Dept., P.O. Box 79162, Baltimore, MD 21279-0162. If paying by credit card, register online, email, or fax.
